Sometimes when your down, lonely or just feeling kinda all emotional, and you don’t even know what’s bugging you. Sometimes you get so agitated over the slightest of matters and later on regret behaving that way. Have you felt so?

For me, most of the time I blame it on PMS. But then again, if I were to actually sit down and think long and hard, its hardly anything to do with PMS. Yes, PMS makes one more vulnerable and more agitable, coz it sends us ladies on an emotionally, hormonally controlled roller-coaster. (though this only applies to some ladies)

And usually at the moments where I feel so down and out, and sometimes its just so so hard to share with anyone, even the ones closest to you. Well, not that they wouldn’t listen, but just ’cause sometimes we all get busy, the mood isn’t right, the timing isn’t right, and well, usually I just don’t wanna burden anyone with all my troubles or ramblings. I mean who enjoys bombarding people with their troubles and worries???

Its during this moments that I always have my closest mates to count on. Its like telepathy or something. Without me telling them anything, I’ll just receive a text, a tweet, an email and sometimes just a phone call, which makes everything feel a lot better. This always reminds me that I’ve always got good friends around me. I say good friends, as I can always count on them :-)

Recently, I received two little tokens from my two buddies, a small gesture… and honestly, it moved me, though most people would think its nothing, but I think its the awesom-est thing, and such a sweet gesture. Nowadays in this materialistic world, these kinda things are not appreciated anymore. For me, its something old-school, yet it is such a valuable practice that needs to remain amongst us.
